We pride ourselves on having a diverse, warm and welcoming culture. All of our employees and contractors demonstrate our values of respect, integrity and kindness

We go the extra mile to support our patients, clients, partners and community, through a culture of ongoing continuous improvement, skill development and team building activities.
All team members at Accoras have the opportunity to participate in specialised cultural capacity building and multicultural mental health annually, to help develop their knowledge and skillset in working with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Our team are drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, including those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, speak a language other than English at home and those who have lived experience of mental health, either personally or in caring for a family member or friend. This approach allows us to work more meaningfully with our clients, including through use of a peer support model and in providing culturally safe support.
